The hotel featured a Christmas theme offering a modern and cozy atmosphere. I found thoughtful extras including a hot water bottle in my room. The spa area provided a quiet retreat allowing for full enjoyment of the facilities. The restaurant stood out. It was one of the best hotel dining experiences I have had.
I noticed some minor paint chipping in areas. Overall it did not detract significantly from my stay.

the room was excellent, a superior double or twin room terrace. the terrace had great views of the golf course (it's really well-kept!). the staff were very attentive to my needs. i found the dinner and breakfast both very good, with a wide selection.
the receptionist was a little disinterested, and there was no welcome or smile when i arrived. additional training might be beneficial.

The breakfast had a large variety of food. The restaurant evening food was also very good, I could order from the bar. The room was pleasant with beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly. My request for extra duvets was met promptly.
The hotel did not offer a newspaper service. I was told to scan a bar code for an online read. This was disappointing as I expected a traditional experience.

The staff were very cute and accommodating. the suite overlooked the golf course. It was a beautiful view. the bath (big enough for two!) and the bed were comfortable.
I found the limited toiletries a little inconvenient. there was only a small shower gel. This wasn't quite enough for two people.

the garden terrace room was great. i sit outside in october looking at the golf course, that was lovely. the female manager watched over food in the restaurant, it was first class. breakfast was excellent to.
the receptionist wasn't very cute, i think she was disinterested. my ground floor room has scratches on walls. the wall television wasn't working, i couldn't watch bbc because of bad reception.
